Choices are great but then I don't like them, especially when it is about the future. Life is tough for all SPM-leavers. Most of us do not know what we want - medicine,engineering, law, tesl, accounting... There are just too many choices. And that's where the problem starts.
I do not like to make huge decisions but when you are at this stage(post-SPM), you just have to accept the fact that you are suddenly a half-adult and become very matured miraculously. That's when you start to think - what am I going to do in the future?
Personally, I am stuck between medicine and engineering. Medicine is great. It helps people but it is just too stressful. People's life in your hands.
Engineering is fun. (You don't have to memorize the terms anymore.) but the contribution to the society is not very direct. Not much satisfaction as an engineer, at least, that's what I think.
So, everything has their own pro and contra. So, when you make a decision, just go for it. Don't look back. Make sure that you enjoy the pro's and are able to bear the con's. Good luck everyone. :)
